- Technical data — IP address, browser type and access times, processed by our hosting provider in server logs.
- Consent preferences — your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser.

Some enquiries may reach us via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) or Instagram, whose own privacy terms then apply. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your data.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal retention obligations, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This policy explains how Fusion4 Events uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved in your browser. They let a website remember your actions and preferences over time.
Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary — a single local-storage entry that records your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Always active; cannot be disabled.
- Preference / third-party content — loaded only after you click "Accept all". These enable stock imagery served by Unsplash, which may log your IP. Web fonts and icons are self-hosted on fusion4events.com — no font requests go to Google or Cloudflare.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your Choice
"Accept all" enables third-party content. "Reject non-essential" keeps only the strictly necessary entry. You can change your decision at any time below.
Browser Controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site display.
